PRODUCTIONR.T.CO frames are cut from acetate blocks,which is the traditional way of producing glasses.The plastic acetate consists of 90% natural cotton,making it light weight yet durable and flexible.
The individual parts are then hand polishedand put together into a whole frame.Optics are anti-scratch polymere lenses (CR39) provided byCarl Zeiss Vision Sunlens®, offering 100% UV protection (UV00).
All components of R.T.CO sunglasses are producedand assembled in Italy.
